Railway Crossing Issues

Enfield Residents The Town of Enfield has spoken with CSX in light of recent issues that have been brought to our attention at railway crossings in our area. Going forward we are asking that anyone who witnesses an issue with a crossing warning device and/or signage to report them directly to CSX Public Safety Coordination Center at 1-800-232-0144 so corrective action can be taken.

Before calling into CSX ensure that you have located the DOT number found on the blue and white signs at each crossing so that the proper location will be noted when you are speaking with CSX.
